PanelVerse respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid takedown notices and have a policy of terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Required Information

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please include:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address)
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The exact URL(s) of the infringing material on PanelVerse
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• Your electronic or physical signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification with:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to jurisdiction in your federal district court
• Your electronic or physical signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

PanelVerse maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We also promptly remove content identified in valid DMCA takedown notices and take no hosting positions that would encourage infringement.
